We are looking for a new Parish Councillor for Turville – could you fit the bill?
You could help keep Turville parish a vibrant, good place to live by becoming a Parish Councillor.
You could get local views about local issues brought to the attention of the powers that be.
You need to be able to give up one evening every other month to attend Parish Council meetings, helping out with projects where you are able, and in return you will receive the satisfaction of knowing that you are helping your local community.
The Parish Council meets on the second Wednesday of every other month at 7.30pm, alternating between Northend Village Hall and St Marys Church, Turville.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and a British subject or a citizen of the Commonwealth or European Union and must satisfy at least one of the following:
- be a local government elector for the parish of Turville
- have, during the whole of the previous 12 months, occupied land or other property in the community or within 3 miles of its boundary, either as owner or tenant
- have, during the whole of the previous 12 months, had your principal or only place of work in the community or within 3 miles of its boundary;
- have resided in the community or within 3 miles of its boundary during the whole of the previous 12 months
